Getting to Immaculate Conception

I'll provide the music list for our March 5 First Sunday of Lent Mass at Immaculate Conception Church (ICC) in Sparks shortly, but before I do, I want to let you know how to get there these days.

Because of the construction on both Pyramid Highway and McCarran Boulevard, you cannot get to ICC at all from Pyramid northbound, and the church's main entrance on McCarran is currently blocked. You will have to do one of the following:

• Take McCarran to Wedekind Rd. Turn left onto Wedekind from EB McCarran or right from WB. Follow Wedekind past High Rock Way (on the left) until it turns sharply to the right. Wedekind becomes Farr Ln. You will pass the intersection with Queen Way, and then the road turns sharply to the right again onto Lepori Way. Take the third left onto Holman Way. Enter the church parking lot after Emerson Way. DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, even if others are doing so. OR:
• Take Pyramid SB to Queen Way; turn right. Turn immediately left onto Farr Ln, then proceed as above. (Note: To come SB on Pyramid, you will have to access it from Disc Dr. or further north.) OR:
• Take Pyramid SB to Emerson Way (past Queen and before McCarran); turn right. Take the first left onto Lagomarsino Dr., which feeds into the parking lot.
